The cat-5 distributor only takes ONE source and if you want to send that ONE source to multiple places you have to buy the 8 channel expansion module. Almost 0 to distribute one source. If you were absolutely stuck with Cat-5 as your distribution media, then maybe, but most here have nice RG6 running everywhere and therefore wouldn't go this .
