If NEITHER has voltage (do NOT need Ignition On), then check for Voltage at Pin #7 of Connector X04010, which according to this link, appears to be on the firewall side of the JB Junction Box (A4010), but Bentley shows that to be where the JBE (Junction Box Electronics Module, A4010a) plugs into the JB on the passenger/driver side of the JB. For instance, at page ECL-7, you find "Footwell Module" followed by the Code "A4011" and the location, Fig# & Page# where illustrated. Also, at the bottom of page ECL-8 you find "Junction Box" followed by its Code "A4010", location, etc. For the model years 2007-2008 (and possibly part of 2009), the PDC is a separate module located in the right rear compartment, below the A42 rear junction box, in a white, plastic rack.
