Has anyone used this for bonding together steel body parts. I have a Jeep with a small rust spot I want to cut out and replace and this looks like a good alternative to welding since I don't have a welder. It has 20-22 gauge sheet metal in the repair area I'm guessing. Thanks for any information.

I bought some patch panel steel from Eastwood, but it is galvanized and I was told by a body guy that paint doesnt like to stick to it. I figured it was fine since Eastwood sold it specifically for use as patch panel material. Am I wrong, or can paint be made to stick if I follow the proper procedures?
